When people hear that I generated $108 million in sales before turning 30, they often assume I had it all figured out. The truth? Those impressive numbers masked a deeper yearning that no amount of commission checks could satisfy.
Picture this: I was living what society deemed "the dream." Corner office? Check. Impressive title? You bet. Revenue numbers that made heads turn? Absolutely. From the outside looking in, I was the poster child for corporate success in the franchise world.
But here's what those metrics didn't show:
The constant internal battle between meeting quotas and maintaining authenticity.
The nagging feeling that I could make a bigger impact by doing things differently.
The realization that true success isn't just about the bottom line—it's about the lives you touch along the way.
Don't get me wrong. Achieving those sales numbers taught me invaluable lessons. It showed me what's possible when you combine determination with strategy. But it also taught me something far more important: the most meaningful metrics aren't always the ones you can put on a spreadsheet.
That's why I made the leap.
I left the security of the franchise world to create my own real estate brokerage, and now Women Can Sell, a platform where success is measured not just in dollars, but in transformations. Where women don't have to choose between impressive results and authentic connections. Where building a thriving business doesn't mean sacrificing your values or work-life balance.
Today, my mission isn't about hitting another sales target (though we absolutely celebrate those wins). It's about empowering women to:
• Create businesses that align with their values
• Close deals without feeling pushy or inauthentic
• Scale their success while maintaining work-life harmony
• Build lasting relationships with ideal clients who value their expertise
The truth is, you can have both—the impressive numbers AND the meaningful impact. You can build a successful business without compromising who you are. You can achieve remarkable results while staying true to your authentic self.
Sometimes the biggest success stories aren't about the millions you make, but about the lives you change—including your own.
Are you ready to write your own success story? One that measures achievement not just in dollars, but in impact, fulfillment, and authentic connections?
Your journey to meaningful success starts now.
With love
